We are seeking highly motivated Postdoctoral Researchers to join our research team at Korea University DMIS Lab, working at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Drug Discovery.
Our research focuses on developing next-generation AI foundation models and agentic AI systems for molecular design and therapeutic discovery. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in collaboration with leading pharmaceutical companies and our AI drug discovery startup, AIGEN Sciences.
We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Generative Chemistry and Molecular Generation
Protein–Ligand Complex Structure Prediction
AI for Structure-Based Drug Design
Protein Design and Engineering
Cyclic Peptide Design
Molecular Glue Degrader Design
Antibody–Drug Conjugate (ADC) Design
Foundation Models and Large Language Models for Drug Discovery
Geometric Deep Learning, Graph Neural Networks, and Diffusion Models
Reinforcement Learning and Agentic AI for Molecular Optimization
Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computational Chemistry, or a related field.
Strong publication record in AI, machine learning, computational biology, or drug discovery.
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
Experience in molecular modeling, structural biology, or computational chemistry.
Excellent programming skills in Python.
Strong communication skills and the ability to conduct independent research.
